Ashley's Name-Dropping Backfires
Kamu tells Rome he's been hearing his own name used in Ashley's campaign to stay, a chain that ran from Ashley to Melody to Drew and back to him, without Ashley ever actually pulling him aside first.
Kamu: "There's too much going on... Ashley told me, hey, we need to talk. And then dude, she never came and pulled me aside or didn't get me or anything."
Rome reacts sharply to hearing it.
Rome: "Wait. She's using people's names that have no affiliation to her?"
Kamu says he's not upset with Ashley personally, but the unauthorized use of his name bothers him.
Rome Already Shut Ashley Down
Rome recaps his own conversation with Ashley, telling her directly she's only talking to him now because she's on the block.
Rome: "The only time you're talking to me now is because you just got nominated. You need my help."
He says Ashley admitted as much, and confirms where his vote is going.
Rome: "I'm voting Ashley at the house... zero connection. And she doesn't benefit me in any way, to be honest with you."
Trust Talk Between the Two
Kamu and Rome talk through why they trust each other, both agreeing they don't need daily check-ins to stay solid. Rome says his instinct told him early on that Kamu was someone he could trust.
Rome: "I immediately trusted you right off of that... my brain just said that guy. Right there."
They agree to vote together this eviction specifically, so there's no confusion or perceived division between them.
Kamu: "I want us to be on the same page... Dude, I want to vote with you, and I think that we should vote together."
The Yash Problem
Both say they personally like Yash but are uneasy about accusations that he's been spreading lies early in the game, something Kamu says came up through Hailey and others.
Rome: "I love Yash so much... but I just think he's gonna be a problem for the house."
Kamu adds that Yash hasn't opened up even to Rome, who he sees as Yash's closest ally in the house.
Kamu: "If he's not talking game with his boy, who's he talking game with?"
Where They Land
If it comes down to Yash versus Taylor, both say they'd keep Taylor, since she hasn't been tied to any lies or rumors. They also predict Yash wins the blockbuster outright and don't see Ashley as competitive in that setting.
Rome: "We keep Taylor."
